• The Police Council has noted with interest recent publications in the media concerning Senior Officers’ promotion within the Police Service.  

AKUSE POLICE ARREST SUSPECTED INDIAN HEMP TRAFFICKER

The Akuse District Police Command has arrested one Bismark Kofi Boateng aged 26years for using his vehicle to transport one hundred and sixty-nine (169) parcels of substances suspected to be narcotic drugs and bribing the Police.

The Ghana Police Service wishes to draw the attention of the general public to the recent spate of public order disturbances and related chieftaincy and land disputes in some parts of the country and entreats those involved to desist from such acts.
