MOHAMMED AHMED ALHASSAN (IGP) CONFERENCE HALL INAUGURATED BY ASANTEHENE

The Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II on Wednesday officially inaugurated an ultramodern 300-seater capacity conference hall named after the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Alhassan at the Ashanti Regional Police Headquarters in Kumasi.

The Director-General of Police Public Affairs Department, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Rev. David Nenyi Ampah-Bennin will launch his maiden book entitled “TO DIE OR NOT TO DIE”, at 2:00pm on Saturday 29th November 2014 at the Alisa Hotel in Accra.

SUDANESE AMBASSADOR CALLS ON IGP

The new Sudanese Ambassador to Ghana, His Excellency Babikir Elsiddig Mohamed Elamin has called for the support of the Ghana Police Service, and for that matter, Ghana to fight Human Trafficking going on at the horn of Africa.

Many people have been victims of recruitment fraud over the years, whilst many more continue to suffer great financial losses through this fraudulent activity. Fraudsters in recent times do not have boundaries within which they operate, even when it has to do with the police.
